Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the China BCP supplier exit strategy across ~$180M spend and ~25K parts, ensuring on-time risk mitigation and continuity of supply.
  • •Drive tail-supplier execution (follow-through, SNF closure) and cross-functional issue resolution to prevent revenue and delivery impact.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end execution governance across Sourcing, Operations, Planning, and Engineering to accelerate supplier transitions.
  • •Improve operational efficiency by centralizing tracking, prioritization, and reporting for China exit activities to reduce fragmented ownership and cycle time.
  • •Prepare project plans and lead delivery from conception through implementation, including schedule management, resource coordination, and requisitions/purchase orders.
