Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure global regulatory compliance for BRDS (banned, restricted, declarable substances) across product development, manufacturing and supplier management.
  • •Develop and maintain processes to identify and control restricted substances, integrating compliance across the product lifecycle.
  • •Partner with suppliers to ensure accurate material declarations, conduct audits, and provide training on regulatory requirements.
  • •Prepare compliance reports and declarations (e.g., SCIP submissions, Declaration of Conformity) for regulators, customers and stakeholders.
  • •Identify and mitigate non-compliance risks and stay updated on emerging regulations to improve processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Chemical, or equivalent)
  • •At least 5 years of experience in electrical/electronic/chemical fields, preferably in an R&D environment
  • •Strong knowledge of global material regulations (e.g., restricted substances lists) and proficiency with compliance tools/software like FMD systems, IMDS, and SCIP database
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process development skills, with experience in supplier management and conducting audits
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in fast-paced environments
