Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full fault isolation and failure analysis support for qualifications, new device introduction, and test failures.
  • •Operate fault isolation equipment (including nProbing) to localize defects, determine root causes, debug device failures, and drive corrective actions.
  • •Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
  • •Develop hypotheses for electrical or process failure mechanisms using electrical failure models and failure analysis characterization, supporting process improvement.
  • •Lead and guide a team of CE PYE technicians while driving continuous improvement through weekly failure-mechanism reporting and new techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (or equivalent experience) in Electrical/Electronic/Semiconductor Engineering.
  • •Proven experience as a great teammate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent communication skills to present complex information effectively in large meetings.
  • •Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis (advantage).
  • •Ability to support shift rotation as required to meet operational needs.
