Job Summary

Drive performance improvements for EBANX’s card products and payments platform by analyzing authorization rates and reliability across multiple markets. Own capabilities such as Network Token, Card-on-File, Account Updater, and 3DS, using KPIs and monitoring frameworks to identify trends and opportunities. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and external providers to investigate issues, lead discovery initiatives, evaluate providers and strategies, and scale payment capabilities.

•Own and continuously improve card performance capabilities including Network Token, Card-on-File, Account Updater, and 3DS.

•Partner with Engineering, Operations, Commercial teams, and external partners to investigate issues, prioritize opportunities, and deliver enhancements.
•Lead discovery initiatives and evaluate new technologies, providers, and strategies to increase approval rates and expand capabilities.
