Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional Security, GRC, and IT Security initiatives from planning through execution by defining scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Drive security portfolio planning and execution by partnering with security leadership to manage roadmaps, priorities, resource planning, dependencies, and delivery risks aligned with business objectives.
  • •Develop and continuously improve security program governance through standardized processes, documentation, operating cadences, templates, and project management best practices.
  • •Build executive dashboards and portfolio reporting by aggregating data from Jira, Confluence, GRC platforms, and other operational systems to provide visibility into program health and risk.
  • •Administer and optimize Jira projects and Confluence documentation, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve operational efficiency, and scale via automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, security operations, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), IT operations, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from planning through delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to establish program governance, manage project portfolios, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive operational excellence.
  • •Experience building executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven status reporting using operational data from multiple systems.
  • •Advanced experience with Jira, including workflow administration, reporting, automation, and project management best practices.
