Job Summary

Deliver exceptional luxury fragrance experiences by welcoming and advising clients with inspiring brand storytelling and expert product knowledge. Drive sales performance, meet daily sales goals, and foster long-term client relationships to improve loyalty. Support fragrance area operations, including inventory checks, stock maintenance, and visual merchandising standards. Occasionally assist with special events and represent luxury fragrance brands while upholding uniform and appearance standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Welcoming and advising clients with personalized, engaging experiences that reflect luxury fragrance brand standards.
•Drive sales performance by achieving daily sales goals and proactively cross-selling across product categories.
•Develop deep product and brand knowledge to act as a true fragrance expert and confidently guide customers.
•Maintain fragrance area standards, including keeping products well-stocked, conducting stock checks, and following visual merchandising guidelines.
•Occasionally support store launches and special events while representing luxury fragrance brands professionally.

Travel: Low travel

•Proven experience in luxury fragrance sales (at least 1 year) with passion for luxury fragrance and a keen sense of style.
•Exceptional client service, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong ability to connect with clients through storytelling and product knowledge.
•Confident in cross-selling and creating personalized recommendations.
