Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports.
  • •Estimate and plan costs, present the final cost plan, and input into value engineering.
  • •Manage tendering activities including pre-qualification, tender list, preliminaries, and analysis and reporting.
  • •Handle post-contract cost variances, change control, and ensure accurate cost checks and valuations.
  • •Lead the cost management team, negotiate final accounts, produce monthly post-contract cost reports, and interface with clients and consultants across project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
  • •MRICS qualified or working towards MRICS.
  • •UK cost management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector.
  • •Experience working on larger projects.
  • •Experience working on new build and fit-out projects.
