Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance tasks to an acceptable standard using aircraft approved maintenance documents.
  • •Work under the direction of Aircraft Engineers/Lic Technicians, including component and engine/aircraft servicing as required.
  • •Strictly follow company safety rules, staff rules, airside safety rules, and wear proper uniform and safety shoes while on duty.
  • •Ensure tools, equipment, and special tools are serviceable, properly registered/isolated when unserviceable, and returned to correct locations.
  • •Support operations at any network station as required for AOG recovery and perform headset duties during engine ground runs and aircraft towing per procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum four years’ experience in base or line maintenance, preferably on A320F or B787.
  • •Ability to write, read, and understand English to follow aircraft approved documentation procedures.
  • •Able to work under the direction of designated Aircraft Engineers/Lic Technicians to carry out routine and non-routine tasks.
  • •Be familiar with Gulf Air Information System AMOS and basic transactions related to the work scope.
  • •Advantage: pass Basic Aircraft License Modules or hold a valid EASA Basic Aircraft License (recognized by BCAA and Gulf Air Technical Quality Assurance).
