The Intelaq Program is designed to support UAE Nationals transitioning from academic life into rewarding careers. Participants receive practical training and career development to build employability and prepare for roles within and beyond RAK Properties. Applicants must meet eligibility criteria and submit required identity and academic documentation. Completion strengthens competitiveness in the job market, though a permanent role is not guaranteed.
