  • •Support Nuclear Technical Lead and Department Manager with strategic resourcing initiatives.
  • •Supervise and lead structural engineers to develop technical capability and deliver organizational value.
  • •Serve as Structural Lead/Engineering of Record, maintaining responsibility for deliverable development and contributing to design work.
  • •Lead improvements in project efficiencies by creating and implementing group standards, templates, and recommending software packages/plug-ins.
  • •Support projects across the full life cycle from feasibility through design, issue-for-bid, construction, start-up, and commissioning.
