Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the development and/or implementation of products or services.
  • •Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products or services.
  • •Manage projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of project performance.
  • •Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics.
  • •Participate in project review and status meetings, and communicate project status; motivate project team to ensure optimal performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer, Software Manager, Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects, preferably in a New Product Introduction environment.
  • •Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • •Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
