Engineering Superintendent

Lead engineering delivery for capital projects, equipment overhauls, and maintenance targets at Grosvenor Mine. Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you’ll manage safety-focused portfolio planning and execution, provide technical guidance to improve equipment availability and reliability, and control maintenance KPIs. You’ll also ensure compliance with engineering standards, oversee risk management and independent review processes, and support budget and schedule variation approvals.
