Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, coach, and lead the Technical Delivery Team to meet customer goals while creating a culture of high performance, growth, and ownership
  • •Maintain technical skills and knowledge of the team on latest features of Snowflake
  • •Provide Technical guidance and oversight for Customer engagements as needed
  • •Build and execute a strategic and actionable business plan that meets the Services Delivery regional objectives, including revenue and consumption targets
  • •Create highly accurate financial forecasts as to revenue, utilization, backlog burndown, and hiring goals

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 245,000 - 321,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields
  • •15+ years of SD delivery experience, including leading large teams (25+) and accountability for revenue, headcount, utilization, etc.
  • •Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies (e.g. Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum, etc.)
  • •Proven track record of building and leading highly technical teams
  • •Ability to identify process improvement areas and prioritize optimization and risk mitigation
