Job Summary

Lead Snowflake Services Delivery teams to accelerate customer adoption and deliver best-in-class consulting and implementation services. Oversee Technical Consulting Managers and Solutions Architect teams, set strategic delivery plans, ensure revenue and utilization targets, and maintain technical excellence across Snowflake features. Partner with Sales, GTM, and partners to scale service offerings, while driving high customer satisfaction and delivery quality on large, complex engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Hire, coach, and lead the Technical Delivery Team to meet customer goals while creating a culture of high performance, growth, and ownership
•Maintain technical skills and knowledge of the team on latest features of Snowflake
•Provide Technical guidance and oversight for Customer engagements as needed
•Build and execute a strategic and actionable business plan that meets the Services Delivery regional objectives, including revenue and consumption targets
•Create highly accurate financial forecasts as to revenue, utilization, backlog burndown, and hiring goals

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 245,000 - 321,300 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields
•15+ years of SD delivery experience, including leading large teams (25+) and accountability for revenue, headcount, utilization, etc.
•Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies (e.g. Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum, etc.)
•Proven track record of building and leading highly technical teams
•Ability to identify process improvement areas and prioritize optimization and risk mitigation
