Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver business architecture projects according to Charter methodologies.
  • •Conduct customer and industry research and keep information accurate and relevant.
  • •Develop business architecture artifacts including stakeholder maps, personas, journey maps, and process models.
  • •Support and document stakeholder workshops and interviews, then present clear recommendations.
  • •Maintain project documentation and contribute to BA repository accuracy while collaborating with delivery teams and architects.

  • •Previous exposure to corporate or public sector environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on experience mapping, analyzing, and documenting business processes; familiarity with frameworks such as BPM TOGAF.
  • •Design Thinking Certificate is an asset; willingness to pursue architecture and related certifications within 6-9 months.
