Job Function: Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and quantify NAND cell reliability risks, identify process/trim/test strategies to bridge gaps for JEDEC and internal product qualification.
  • •Design experiments to identify and segment limiting reliability mechanisms affecting NAND quality.
  • •Plan and execute high-volume electrical experiments at wafer and component levels, and perform statistical data analysis to validate solutions.
  • •Update management and provide continuous feedback to process development and product engineers on reliability status and roadmap.
  • •Contribute to forward-looking technology pathfinding for next NAND generations, including reliability risk assessment and product capability projections.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics, Materials Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven experience with NAND device structures, operations, and algorithms.
  • •Knowledge of electrical properties of semiconductor/insulator materials, semiconductor device physics, and solid-state physics.
  • •In-depth understanding of physics-based modeling of non-volatile memory and semiconductor device failure mechanisms, with reliability analysis.
  • •Knowledge of statistical analysis/numerical computing and familiarity with Matlab, Octave, JMP; also scripting (C, C++, Matlab, Perl) and JEDEC standards.
