Key Responsibilities

  • •Work across search, supply and commerce by bringing together diverse datasets to deliver projects spanning multiple pillars.
  • •Identify opportunities for customers and the business, shaping solutions and building tools that help the wider team be more effective.
  • •Diagnose root causes of recurring customer experience issues (e.g., conversion declines, checkout errors, zero-result searches) and drive lasting improvements with cross-functional teams.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by turning learnings into reusable tools, frameworks and solutions that reduce investigation time.
  • •Mentor and guide colleagues across Data and partner teams while partnering closely with data scientists, data analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
