Key Responsibilities

  • •Process insurance claims from initiation to resolution, including verifying information, assessing damages, and determining claim validity.
  • •Provide empathetic and knowledgeable support to customers filing claims and guide them through the process.
  • •Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims, interactions, assessments, and resolutions.
  • •Serve as the primary contact between customers and insurance companies, coordinating with adjusters for assessments and settlements.
  • •Ensure claims are processed in compliance with policies and legal requirements, and prepare reports on trends and feedback for management.
