Job Summary

Support daily operations in the HR Hub and help deliver an excellent employee experience for a UK corporate workforce. Own accurate payroll data entry into SuccessFactors, help calculate ad hoc payments, and troubleshoot payroll/HR queries with stakeholders. Run monthly HR reports, support key payroll/HR cycles, and contribute HR data and analysis for action. This 18-month FTC is hybrid (four days on site, one day from home).

Key Responsibilities

•Support daily operations in the HR Hub, ensuring HR document and process audit compliance across the employee lifecycle.
•Provide HR support for the UK corporate workforce, including employment changes and tracking/submitting reimbursement costs.
•Own accurate payroll data input into SuccessFactors before payroll deadlines across multiple UK legal entities.
•Calculate ad hoc payments including outstanding holiday pay, PILON, and redundancy-related payments.
•Run monthly HR reports (new starters, leavers, absences) and provide HR reports/data analysis while helping troubleshoot payroll queries.

Key Requirements

•CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualified with a professional, reliable work ethic.
•2+ years of relevant experience executing payroll in an SME environment.

•Strong analytical mindset, including the ability to reconcile data using Excel.
•The right to work and reside in the UK; desirable: experience with SAP Success Factors HR system.
