Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate business viability and determine appropriate support for participants.
  • •Provide one-to-one coaching on business planning, finance, budgeting, marketing, sales, growth, taxation, and start-up requirements.
  • •Facilitate workshops and awareness sessions to help participants explore and develop self-employment opportunities.
  • •Build relationships with participants, Job Coaches, Jobcentre Plus colleagues, and external stakeholders to deliver joined-up support.
  • •Manage caseloads and maintain accurate records, gathering evidence of progress and outcomes, including support beyond trading start when required.
