Support the classroom teacher by providing an engaging, inclusive learning environment aligned with children’s developmental and educational needs. You’ll collaborate on planning and assessing students’ learning, create inspiring indoor and outdoor learning spaces, and help with resource and classroom organization. Lead or support small group sessions when needed and maintain direct communication with parents, while actively developing your own professional practice with support from school leaders.
