Key Responsibilities

  • •Start up, develop, and optimize processes to improve product quality and reliability.
  • •Identify, diagnose, and resolve process-related problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC methods.
  • •Coordinate and carry out process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process steps.
  • •Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
  • •Handle new process baseline qualifications and manage/audit/liaise with material suppliers for quality, cost, and risk objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • •Establish and improve process condition and technology for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Upgrade process capability to improve performance and reduce production cost.
  • •Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
