Receptionist-Concierge

Serve as the first and last impression for a luxury resort, welcoming guests in the lobby and fulfilling requests directly or through Butlers. Provide expert guidance on the hotel, dining, activities, local attractions, and airlines. Ensure seamless check-in/check-out, maintain accurate guest profiles and billing, coordinate transportation, and handle inquiries and complaints with exceptional attention to detail and the One&Only standard of excellence.
