Build and grow a portfolio of business banking clients by executing segment strategy and achieving core KPI targets for new business development, deposit growth, loan production, and treasury management fee income. Develop and maintain referral networks, partner with private bankers and banking centers to deliver an excellent client experience, and present credit proposals within policy guidelines. Ensure operational integrity by complying with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
