Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Understand the Fortinet portfolio and demonstrate technical and business value.
•Maintain strong knowledge in security and networking technology, especially FortiOS-based products.
•Be the Subject Matter Expert and first contact in assigned technical domains, manage domain use cases and competitive intelligence, and integrate third-party solutions.
•Create sales opportunities by solving customer problems and qualifying leads from a technical perspective; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
•Lead all aspects of the technical sales engagement from queries to demos, RfX, and PoCs, and provide architecture and implementation design guidance.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pre-sales support with proven success.
•Expert level knowledge in networking (LAN, WIFI, WAN, SDN, routing, switching), and network security (Next-Gen Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, encryption protocols).
•Strong customer focus to address complex technical and business requirements with a self-motivated, positive attitude.
•Knowledge of domains such as Datacentre architectures, Security Architectures, Modern Software Architectures, Cloud Architectures, Security Operations, IT security standards (BSI/NIST) is a plus.
•Willingness to travel 20-50% of time.
