Job Summary

Integrate and automate enterprise architecture (EA) tooling for TSA by connecting the EA Repository and metamodel with ServiceNow and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Build, customize, and troubleshoot APIs, XML interfaces, data feeds, and ETL processes to keep EA data compatible across systems. Support provisioning and management of Ins-Pi (YouDesign), provide setup/configuration and training support, and help resolve integration challenges through technical troubleshooting and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Integrate the EA Repository tool and metamodel with ServiceNow and CSDM to ensure compatibility with existing EA data.
•Develop, customize, and troubleshoot APIs, XML interfaces, data feeds, and ETL processes for interoperability between EA tools and repositories.
•Provision and manage Ins-Pi (YouDesign), including subscription and license management, setup/configuration, and remote enablement.
•Provide advisory, setup/configuration support and consulting for repository setup/data load, plus training for users.
•Collaborate with ADMB and stakeholders to troubleshoot integration challenges, administer tools, and maintain ongoing technical support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 155,000 annually

•US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•7+ years of experience integrating tools, developing APIs, and supporting systems interoperability in federal or enterprise IT environments.
•Hands-on experience with API development (RESTful, XML), ETL processes, data feeds, and integration platforms.
•Proficiency integrating ServiceNow with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and knowledge of EA tools/repositories for data modeling and metamodel customization.
