Participate in a customized onboarding and rotation program across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management to prepare for a Financial Center Manager assignment. Learn consultative selling and how to build an integrated book of business using Financial Needs Assessments (FNA). Develop and coach a team to deliver memorable customer experiences while reinforcing One Bank culture, ethics, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities through program completion, including a Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Deepen consumer and small business customer relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
•Gain and maintain working knowledge of the bank’s products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Develop consultative sales skills to identify financial needs for current/prospective customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team that reinforces core values and One Bank culture, including participating in community activities and following conduct/ethics policies.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
