Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all elements of the Treasury Management sales cycle, including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis, and closing.
  • •Retain and grow the customer portfolio through service reviews, regular calling, and industry training.
  • •Develop independent channels to prospect, maintain a pipeline of targets, and handle calls within the assigned territory.
  • •Use expertise to design customer-centric Treasury Management solutions and provide consultative guidance on the liquidity management cycle.
  • •Represent the bank in local and regional Treasury Management communities and provide industry/product training to internal and external audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales or a similar field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and treasury management/commercial banking products.
  • •Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
  • •Experience developing new business, including selling to companies with revenue from $50 million to Fortune 500 (preferred); certified Treasury Professional is preferred.
