Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and administer assigned Workday capabilities across defined areas such as Core HCM, Security, Time Tracking, Absence, and Reporting.
  • •Complete recurring operational work including system queue monitoring, Workday Inbox support, account monitoring, access updates, and lifecycle processes.
  • •Support configuration and reporting requests using Enterprise Interface Builder loads and related data maintenance, including compensation range/grade profile updates and organizational changes.
  • •Conduct functional impact analyses, triage change-management, and escalate complex or high-risk changes through established review paths.
  • •Test Workday releases and configuration changes, document results and implementation guidance, and maintain support documentation and knowledge content.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration, administration, or human resources information system experience.
  • •Experience configuring or supporting Workday HCM, Reporting, Security, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, or other employee lifecycle processes.
  • •Experience supporting data loads, reporting requests, system changes, testing, or operational workflows in an enterprise HRIS environment.
  • •Experience working with confidential information and business-critical processes with close attention to detail.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documenting work and partnering with stakeholders while raising risks or blockers.
