Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee maintenance work control: prioritize work orders, develop job plans, and ensure materials/tools are available.
  • •Maintain and update maintenance procedures and completed work orders/machinery history in the CMMS; generate reports on work progress and schedules.
  • •Develop weekly maintenance schedules, forecast workforce needs, and manage MRO inventory (stocking, parts disbursements, returns, audits).
  • •Support compliance and process safety: organize/maintain PSM information, assist with PHA, audits, MOC, PSSR, and keep documentation up to date (OSHA/PSM; EPA/USDA compliance referenced).
  • •Provide leadership and training: train personnel on reporting procedures and CMMS use; assist with contractor qualifications/performance management; support maintenance department leadership needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 97,500 annually
