Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, coordinate, and mature internal compliance governance processes, monitoring day-to-day CGOV operations and implementing process improvements.
  • •Set up and manage engagement structures including milestone meetings, communication channels, templates, and meeting facilitation support.
  • •Support compliance audits and exams by assisting with pre-planning, preparing and distributing status reports, and tracking requests, timelines, and remediation activities.
  • •Manage dashboard governance intake for new or decommissioned compliance dashboards and support end-to-end outcome analysis with risk-focused reporting.
  • •Leverage AI tools (Gemini, Google Workspace, NotebookLM) in daily workflows, communicate assessment results and change outcomes, and support documentation and business continuity governance.

Salary: USD 120,800 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 4 years of Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management experience.
  • •At least 2 years of Financial Services experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite.
  • •Proficient with query and data visualization tools (Tableau) and experience using AI tools (Gemini, Workspace Studio, Gemini Notebook, etc.).
