Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain CSA cost plans and detailed estimates from concept through detailed design across multiple geographies, including participating in estimate reviews.
  • •Prepare milestone cost updates (concept, schematic, DD, CD) and clearly communicate basis of estimate, assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, and risks.
  • •Perform quantity takeoffs and cost checks for CSA scopes; ensure alignment between scope, drawings/models, and estimate.
  • •Compile and analyze cost data to support program-level estimating efforts across multiple projects and campuses.
  • •Review contractor pricing (bids, pay applications, change orders), perform analyses, and support recommendations.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management roles (e.g., Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer, Project Controls).
  • •Experience supporting conceptual estimating and/or preconstruction services in construction management, contractor, consulting, or related environments.
  • •Support large-scale construction projects; data center, mission-critical, industrial, or commercial experience is preferred.
  • •Proficiency with estimating systems, quantity takeoffs, and cost analysis, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
