Key Responsibilities

•Own reliability, scalability, and operability of the SigNoz cloud platform, ensuring petabyte-scale observability system remains fast and dependable
•Manage SaaS ingest pipelines, scaling capabilities, and operational backbone of the product
•Oversee Kubernetes infrastructure including cluster operations, upgrades, multi-tenancy, and automation
•Tune and operate data layer components (ClickHouse) for performance and cost optimization
•Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD processes, and runbooks to support a small, remote-first team

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 5,000,000 - 10,000,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–8 years in SRE, infrastructure, or platform/backend roles operating production systems at scale
•Deep, practical Kubernetes experience with troubleshooting and capacity planning
•Strong understanding of distributed systems failure modes and performance debugging
•Comfortable with coding in Go and automating fixes beyond configuration
•Experience with OpenTelemetry and large-scale data ingest pipelines
