Key Responsibilities

  • •Own reliability, scalability, and operability of the SigNoz cloud platform, ensuring petabyte-scale observability system remains fast and dependable
  • •Manage SaaS ingest pipelines, scaling capabilities, and operational backbone of the product
  • •Oversee Kubernetes infrastructure including cluster operations, upgrades, multi-tenancy, and automation
  • •Tune and operate data layer components (ClickHouse) for performance and cost optimization
  • •Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD processes, and runbooks to support a small, remote-first team

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 5,000,000 - 10,000,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years in SRE, infrastructure, or platform/backend roles operating production systems at scale
  • •Deep, practical Kubernetes experience with troubleshooting and capacity planning
  • •Strong understanding of distributed systems failure modes and performance debugging
  • •Comfortable with coding in Go and automating fixes beyond configuration
  • •Experience with OpenTelemetry and large-scale data ingest pipelines
