Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models for building services across a diverse project portfolio.
  • •Create and update power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and ELV infrastructure system models.
  • •Develop and maintain Revit families and parametric components.
  • •Generate drawings, sections, and schedules from models to support project delivery.
  • •Prepare and support clash detection through model clean-up and coordinate model deliverables with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of BIM modelling experience in a building services environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical building services systems and how they are represented in BIM.
  • •Proficiency with BIM tools including Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks (Dynamo is advantageous).
  • •Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2/LOD standards, with familiarity of UAE/GCC electrical codes and regulations.
