Key Responsibilities

  • •Process vendor invoices, perform three-way matching, and prepare payment proposals while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable tax requirements.
  • •Handle customer invoicing and receipts, monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding receivables, and investigate short payments or deductions.
  • •Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations, investigate unreconciled transactions, post bank-related journal entries, and maintain cash-balance schedules.
  • •Prepare journal entries and balance-sheet reconciliations; maintain accruals and prepayments schedules and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
  • •Review employee expense claims for policy compliance, process reimbursements, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support statutory/internal audits while adhering to SOX and internal controls where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •3–8 years of experience in Finance Shared Services, a Global Capability Center, or a multinational organization.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, accrual accounting, and month-end close.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
  • •Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
