Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support cross-functional PLM governance with Commercial and Planning teams to align demand, sales, and raw material strategies.
  • •Analyze supply chain data in SAP and Kinaxis to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Track and report key KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, OTIF, air freight usage, inventory levels, and critical raw materials.
  • •Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities such as new product introductions, phase-in/phase-out, discontinuations, and product transfers.
  • •Identify and mitigate supply risks by providing insights on timelines, raw material constraints, and inventory exposure to support decision-making and reduce obsolescence.

Key Requirements

  • •2 or 3 years of experience, preferably in planning functions such as supply, demand, inventory, or production planning.
  • •Skills in ATLAS, SAP, Power BI, and Kinaxis (IBP and PLM modules advantageous).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to prepare/analyse scenarios and simplify complex trade-offs.
  • •Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, plus proficiency with macros (mandatory).
