•Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small business clients with annual revenues up to $2.5 million while delivering exceptional customer service.
•Drive growth via proactive outbound calling and support branch-based small business clients using digital tools to build trusted relationships.
•Identify customer needs, open and service accounts, and recommend appropriate product solutions.
•Collaborate with branch partners and internal business lines to generate referral opportunities and refer clients as additional needs are identified.
•Work in a call-center environment in a hybrid schedule, operating from the assigned call center location three or more days per week with no in-person customer interaction.

Key Requirements

•NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance and maintenance of a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
•Typically has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Five or more years of customer service, sales and/or prospecting experience.
•Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills to convey business recommendations effectively.
•Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting, with ability to communicate confidently with underwriters.
