Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the General Manager to develop and execute strategy for organizational planning and development, including governance and continuous improvement.
  • •Implement tools and processes for data generation and decision-making, and define metrics for organizational health and performance.
  • •Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles and prepare content for regular executive business reviews with cross-functional partners.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional execution across divisions, corporate functions, and external partners/suppliers, including operating model tools and processes.
  • •Lead day-to-day operations and end-to-end cross-functional projects, performing analysis and recommendations for strategic investment decisions and execution priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in consulting, operations, finance, technical program management, product management, or business operations, with strong preference for experience bringing hardware/software products to market.
  • •Partner with leadership on organizational planning and development, including defining and tracking organizational health and performance metrics.
  • •Strong communication with executive leadership and the ability to translate and articulate clearly across technical and non-technical roles.
  • •Demonstrated high emotional intelligence and data-driven, people-centric problem-solving for operational challenges.
  • •Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
