Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
  • •Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand; provide luxury service with product and styling expertise.
  • •Follow the client journey in-store (initial impression, discovery, styling expertise, close the sale) and provide efficient after-sales service.
  • •Contribute to daily store operations and maintain high luxury standards in front and back of house, including product replenishment, inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance as required.
  • •Build meaningful relationships with clients via appointment-based service, capture new clients, and drive retention through regular contact and appropriate follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 21 hourly
