  • •Lead the design and delivery of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing, for commercial, institutional, and light industrial facilities.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, designers, and project team members.
  • •Direct and coordinate project delivery teams to ensure deliverables are completed with high quality, on time, and within cost targets.
  • •Develop design approaches, procedures, and technical solutions to support project execution.
  • •Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction documentation; perform quality control reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario, in good standing.
  • •Current security clearance or the ability to obtain Secret-level security clearance.
  • •Experience leading mechanical engineering design and delivery across project phases (including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems).
  • •Ability to prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction documentation.
