Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow SOPs to build sub-assemblies and assemblies to customer specifications for PDU, RPP, STS, and transformers.
  • •Use industrial equipment (cranes, winding machines, fabrication, welding, and brazing) and assemble/adjust/repair using fixtures, gauges, and tools.
  • •Conduct visual inspections before and after assembly and inspect completed assemblies for quality compliance, making adjustments as needed.
  • •Adhere to company environmental, health, and safety rules and provide process and safety improvement ideas.
  • •Ensure machines and tools are properly calibrated and perform housekeeping duties using 5S principles; other duties as assigned.
