Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate between customers’ finance teams and our product — you speak ASC 606 fluently and can turn accounting edge cases into clear product requirements
  • •Lead complex customer implementations, designing workflows that reflect how revenue actually moves in modern B2B businesses
  • •Build the playbooks, enablement, and content that help new customers (and new teammates) ramp quickly
  • •Surface patterns from the field back to Product — what’s breaking in close today that shouldn’t be a problem tomorrow
  • •Be the in-house expert on what “good” looks like for a modern finance org — and help us make it the default

Key Requirements

  • •2–10 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance; open to Staff through Senior Manager based on fit
  • •CPA (or equivalent) is a bonus, not a requirement; time in Big 4 audit, a controller seat, or a high-growth startup finance org all count
  • •Strong grasp of revenue recognition (ASC 606), accounts receivable, and the contract-to-cash lifecycle
  • •Genuinely excited about software, AI, and building — not just using — the tools finance teams rely on
  • •Strong verbal and written communication
