Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble and complete loan documentation packages for commercial and consumer loans in accordance with regulatory requirements and bank policy.
  • •Review pre-closing nCino Doc Prep Memo and documentation to ensure all necessary documents are received and outstanding exceptions are addressed.
  • •Clear existing collateral exceptions on renewal loans prior to releasing documents.
  • •Review in-house loan documentation for commercial, consumer, and real estate loans and complete review within 12 hours of receiving the completed supporting documentation package.
  • •Update internal systems (nCino, Footprints, etc.) and submit loan packages to Doc Prep for review after satisfactory documentation review, while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •1+ years of related experience.
  • •Commercial and consumer loan documentation experience, including knowledge of collateral perfection and related regulations.
  • •Experience working with no supervision while performing duties.
  • •Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
