Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage a portfolio of European Large Cap Leveraged Loans with direct and indirect exposures, including ongoing analysis of borrowers’ financial performance and preparation of monitoring reports.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with company management to drive new business opportunities from the portfolio and cross-sell ancillary products (FX, derivatives, trade finance, deposits).
  • •Coordinate with Sponsor Coverage and Origination teams to generate opportunities from the existing portfolio and participate in SPD Leveraged Finance deal teams.
  • •Conduct in-depth financial/credit analysis of transactions and prepare credit submissions for new transactions, amendments, waivers, and refinancings.
  • •Liaise with back/middle office teams to ensure proper booking and operational execution while complying with regulatory and internal policies.
