Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customers’ homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Educate homeowners on how to use their new systems.
  • •Perform safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in coaching and training to grow within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • •Ability to pass post-offer background investigation and meet licensing requirements per applicable law.
