Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of TOP contracts (ICT services, outsourcing, SaaS, intra-group arrangements), ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
•Advise and collaborate with TPM, Procurement and business stakeholders on legal and regulatory risk, including outsourcing, operational resilience and AI-related considerations.
•Assess and determine applicability of regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, EBA outsourcing, data protection, AI regulation) and escalate material risks.
•Lead or support negotiations on complex vendor arrangements, including critical/important outsourcing and strategic vendor contracts.
•Develop and maintain standard templates, playbooks and guidance to improve consistency, efficiency and auditability of contract review processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 72,000 - 134,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Qualified lawyer with 5-8 years post-qualification experience, gained at a reputable law firm, bank or corporate institution.
•Experience drafting, advising on and negotiating ICT contracts, outsourcing, data protection, and TOP contracts; UK/EBA outsourcing knowledge and EU DORA exposure.
•Experience handling cross-border contracts and collaborating with global legal teams (e.g., Tokyo, the Americas).
•Experience advising on AI-enabled services, model risk and AI governance frameworks is desirable.
•Experience in financial services regulation and regulatory compliance related to outsourcing, data protection and operational resilience.
