Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot automated material handling equipment in the Fulfillment Center. Perform audits, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical components, including low-voltage controls and PLC-related systems. Diagnose issues using technical drawings and diagnostic tools, complete work orders and required documentation, and support conveyor/sortation maintenance while coordinating safe maintenance activities and assisting higher-level specialists as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to repair and maintain equipment by diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools.
•Independently perform audits, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on automated material handling system components.
•Handle repair, installation, and maintenance tasks for 3 phase systems up to 480VAC.
•Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs following safety and quality procedures, and provide solutions to mechanical and technical/control issues.
•Complete work orders and required documentation; support maintenance activities including cleaning conveyor systems and the maintenance area as needed.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of related experience in mechanical troubleshooting, technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and/or installation.
•Strong ability to analyze and resolve mechanical and technical/control issues.
•Electrical background with knowledge of low voltage controls and PLC experience.
•Prior experience or working knowledge of conveyor and/or sortation systems.
•Understanding of safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out, and willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
