Safeguard Sephora’s assets while supporting a safe, inclusive retail environment. Partner with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, maintain a visible presence on the selling floor, monitor activity using CCTV and reporting tools, and respond to incidents with de-escalation and professionalism. Handle audits and compliance needs, and collaborate across teams to reduce loss and improve client experience.
