Build customer relationships using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify and meet retail consumer and small business financial needs. Maintain knowledge of retail products, proactively reach out using approved marketing tools, and cross-sell to deepen households and support revenue growth. Process teller transactions as part of the financial center/platform staff while providing guidance, referrals, and exceptional customer experience and professionalism.
