Design, collect, analyze, and report on complex process engineering experiments for display and semiconductor manufacturing. Conduct hardware characterization and troubleshoot issues using root-cause analysis, then generate internal and external technical documentation. Measure and interpret film properties, implement new technologies and analytical instrumentation, and collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and global R&D teams while providing customer technical support (including night shift production support).
