Sales Associate II

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for the Coach brand by representing the company as a style and service ambassador. Build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and keeping the sales floor and stockroom organized.
